Returns/ Exchanges

-There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. ALL items are checked before they are packaged. We make sure items are in perfect condition before shipping. We will NOT return any items that are broken/ripped due to getting the incorrect size. If you are unsure about your size, please send a detailed email to  info@logiluxedolls.com. The response time is less than 24 hours. If we have to exchange or refund you for ANY reason we choose to , you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The timeframe to exchange is 7 days from purchase/date of delivery. We do not cancel orders at this time. We appreciate your business. We are NOT responsible for pick up orders after 60 days.

 

 

-Once a package is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any packages. Contact your local postal office for any questions/ concerns regarding your package. Please make sure the correct address is listed when placing an order to avoid any delays. Thank you.
