Shipping Policy

• When placing an order, Billing address and Shipping address MUST match. We will not accept any orders that do not follow these guidelines. 

 

• Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, may vary during busy periods. Once processed, your order will be shipped. Standard Shipping is usually 2-5 business days depending the location. Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days depending the location.

 

• If your package includes an item that is pre order/back ordered, your package will ship once the item is available to send out. 

 

• ONLY Priority packages are insured. If a package is lost, and you selected PRIORITY shipping, we can file a claim. However, if you choose FIRST CLASS mail, packages are not covered if they are lost. 

 

• All orders within the Tri-State Area will receive their packages within 1-2 business days with expedited shipping.

 

• Please allow at least 24-48 hours for tracking status to update once your package is dropped off at the post office. If there are any issues regarding your order, please contact your local post office. It is not our responsibility once your package is shipped and taken to a USPS location.
